Software is completely electronic, there are no manuals or retail boxes to manufacture and distribute - All you receive is the CD-ROM of the software, except in the case of operating systems - where you receive a small start-up guide. Free Technical Support is not offered on "OEM" Products, support options are Online Support & Pay Phone Support for "OEM" products by the Manufacturer.  Keep in mind that the entire users manual is installed onto your computer during the software's installation process. This electronic manual is stored in the "Help" section, just as you see along the drop down menus of the Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator browser you are using right now. It has a complete index, searchable index, and sections that you can print out. The help menus have been so descriptive that customers who have purchased the software with manuals, end up hardly using them.

Our OEM products are sold with hardware, in order to abide with the license agreements established by the software manufacturers. The cost of this hardware is already included in the price of your product, so there are no additional charges that you will incur by receiving this software/hardware package. What is a Retail Box?

A retail box is the version bought at most local stores such as Best Buy, Office Depot, CompUSA etc...   It is the software packaged in a Box with the Manual, License and software. It will sometimes include a Certificate of Authenticity.  It is distributed by the software manufacturer for Business or Personal use, in small quantities.

Is it safe to pay with credit cards?

Do you accept checks and money orders?

Yes we do, but paying by credit card (or Paypal) will be the fastest way to receive your order.   The order is shipped on the day the check clears, arriving at the desired shipping speed.  Mailing in a Check or Money Order takes approximately 20 days, before we fill your order the funds must clear then we will ship the product(s).  In other words it will take approximately 20 days from the date you mail the payment till the day you receive the order.

How is the software shipped?

We use USPS First Class and Priority Mail to make all of our deliveries. 

How is the shipping and handling cost calculated?
There's a flat rate charge of $4.99 for USPS First Class and $6.99 for Priority Mail per order. Shipping is free for orders over $100.00. You can select the shipping option you prefer while making the order  using our shopping cart. 

Is software shipped Internationally, outside the USA?
Yes, all orders outside the USA are shipped via Air Mail at a shipping cost of $10.95.

 What Is

We accept returns for 30 days from the date of purchase.  The return policy is void if the product has been open or used!  Once a Software purchase has been opened we cannot under any circumstances refund a payment.  Opened software can be copied on almost any computer system these days.  Due to this risk software companies have been pushed into very tight return policies.   

If you have a return please include a copy of the receipt you received via email when you purchased the product. The cost for shipping is not refundable.
